- Over more than 20 years acted for both Woolworths and Coles in the Market Rental Reviews of their Western Australian Supermarkets and Discount Department Stores.
- Acted for the Lessor in the Market Rental Review of the Bunnings Warehouse at the Bunbury Homemaker Centre.
- Provided valuation advice to the joint venture partners of the Ascot Waters Redevelopment project to assist in their acquisition of a partial interest.
- Provided valuation advice over many years during the progressive development of SCT's Rail Terminal in Forrestfield.
- Worked closely with National Lifestyle Villages and their respective financiers over 10 years in the valuation of NLV’s assets for a variety of purposes.
- Provided valuation and consultancy advice to a potential purchaser of Jandakot Airport, one of Australia’s busiest light aircraft airports.
- Provided ground lease consultancy and asset valuation advice on the Mermaid Marine Supply Base, Karratha.
- Provided valuation advice to Bay View Coral Bay Resort, Coral Bay in their acquisition of leasehold land and also for mortgage security.
- Valued Silk Apartments on The Esplanade in South Perth for development and construction finance purposes.
