Quantia provides support to valuation students in a number of ways.  We provide work experience opportunities to those who are still studying and we have an effective Graduate trainee programme. Examples of our student support activities include:

Students

• Two-week practical work experience opportunities for selected students
• Assist students to fulfill their University-required practical valuation points
  

Graduates

• Practical on-the-job training for Graduate trainees under the supervision of an experienced valuer
• Job rotation with Quantia in the residential and commercial valuations areas
• Mock exam practice for Graduates (this programme has resulted in an extremely high pass rate)
• On-the-job training funded by Quantia to ensure valuers achieve the industry required Continued Professional Development Points (CPDP)
• In-house training on all relevant IT software (Excel; ValuePro; etc)
